The definition of each important term below is used throughout this document.
"COMPANY", "The COMPANY", "We" , "we" , "Our" , "our" , "Us" , "us" refers to Airvenue.io AS, a Aksjerselskap/limited company registered in Norway. Organization Number 918 064 427
"WEBSITES" refers to all websites managed and operated by Airvenue.io AS which are any websites located under subdomains of the following domains:
"Airvenue.io" refers to the online business infrastructure services as well as other services, products and technologies of Airvenue.io provided through the Airvenue.io’s websites. See the definition of Airvenue.io’s websites in the section 3-i below.
"UpReview.me" refers to the review collecting automation service as well as other services, products and technologies of UpReview.me provided through the UpReview.me’s websites. See the definition of UpReview.me’s websites in the section 3-ii below.
"ComebackReward.com" refers to the digital customer loyalty program service as well as other services, products and technologies of ComebackReward.com provided through the ComebackReward.com’s websites. See the definition of ComebackReward.com’s websites in the section 3-iiI below.
"SERVICES" also means any of our services to which USER subscribes, or uses, following an order, to which The COMPANY makes available online by means of the applicable login page and other web pages designated by The COMPANY.
The COMPANY may make such changes to the SERVICES as The COMPANY deems appropriate from time to time, provided such changes do not materially decrease the features or functionality of the SERVICES as they existed at the effective date of this Agreement.
The WEBSITES and SERVICES may make available, or third parties may provide, links to other websites, applications, resources, advertisements, technology, development, payment services, Content or other products or services created, hosted or made available by third parties (“Third-Party Services”), and such third parties may use other third parties to provide portions of the Third-Party Service to you, such as technology, applications, development or payment services. The level of Third-Party Services using Third-Party Services can be unlimited.
When you access or use a Third-Party Service, you are interacting with the applicable third party, not with any of our SERVICES or WEBSITES, and you do so at your own risk. We are not responsible for, and make no warranties, express or implied, as to, the Third-Party Services or the providers of such Third-Party Services (including without limitation the accuracy or completeness of the information provided by such Third-Party Service or the privacy practices of any third party). Inclusion of any Third-Party Service or a link thereto the WEBSITES or SERVICES does not imply approval or endorsement of such Third-Party Service.
